granularity, dense interior, rough surface and good particle consistency; not
only ensures sufficient cutting force and improves sandblasting efficiency but
also greatly reduces the loss in use, with excellent roughness and coverage of
the processed surface.

Imported reduced iron sand: the imported reduced
iron sand, compared to the domestic normal reduced iron sand, has better
granularity and consistent particle morphology.
Wisechannel Iron Sand: better particle consistency,
more centralized particle size distribution range, uniform RA of the
sandblasted surface, and higher and more stable gloss.

Imported reduced iron sand: loose structure,
honeycomb section, sand easily deformed and broken during sandblasting,
resulting in higher loss and unstable RA and gloss, and blacker processed
Iron Sand: with dense particles, sand not directly broken during sandblasting
but worn like stripping eggshell in layers, which has low loss and can largely
save cost. Particle shape, during use, will not change much; the RA and gloss
of the processed surface are stable, and the consistency is good.
