Comparison of Wisechannel Iron Sand and normal secondary reduced iron sand

    
Normal secondary reduced iron sand: the iron sand takes on loose spongy structure and arborization, with agglomeration, which is easy to be broken, high in sandblasting loss, and large in particle shape difference, resulting in the roughness, blasted texture, cleanliness and gloss, etc. of the processed surface failing in meeting requirements, and very poor sandblasting effect.

  
Wisechannel Iron Sand: the iron sand has good granularity, dense interior, rough surface and good particle consistency; not only ensures sufficient cutting force and improves sandblasting efficiency but also greatly reduces the loss in use, with excellent roughness and coverage of the processed surface.

Imported reduced iron sand: the imported reduced iron sand, compared to the domestic normal reduced iron sand, has better granularity and consistent particle morphology.

    
Wisechannel Iron Sand: better particle consistency, more centralized particle size distribution range, uniform RA of the sandblasted surface, and higher and more stable gloss.

Wisechannel Iron Sand: with dense particles, sand not directly broken during sandblasting but worn like stripping eggshell in layers, which has low loss and can largely save cost. Particle shape, during use, will not change much; the RA and gloss of the processed surface are stable, and the consistency is good.
